Meet Millie
Millie was the type of gal who sought after adventures to escape the "ordinary way of living". She collected "treasures" and she was a natural influencer of her days. When I spent my younger years on her lap, we enjoyed watching episode after episode of Bob Ross and Mash on the Tele. She kept an archive of Reader's Digest on her side tables and she loved her rocking chair along with her little white poodle that never left her side. It was Millie who taught me how to paint and she encouraged me to express my creativity at a very young age. I'll never forget entering my first oil painting into the local school district contest in the 1st grade and actually winning 1st place and Millie cheering me on the whole way. I find many things I enjoy in life come from her -- So, naming my business after her was the least I could do as a tribute to someone as special as Millie.

Hello there! My name is Alyssa and a title aside from wife and mother that best describes me would be--Design Strategist. I’m the creator behind Studio Millie and co-designer to our daughter company, Kidmillie. I was born and raised in Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University with degrees in International Business & Management. I have been working with local businesses since 2012. My favorite things include traveling, teaching, painting, dancing, design projects and of course chinese food!
